Jamie Foxx has been captured doing a surprisingly impressive impersonation of former President Donald Trump.

The 54-year-old Oscar winner, comedian and singer sat in a hotel room to tape an interview for him The Rap Radar Podcast along with rapper Snoop Dogg to promote the couple’s new Netflix film Day Shift as he suddenly shifted into impression, much to the surprise and amusement of everyone else around him.

Foxx’s imitation seems virtually indistinguishable from reality, including Trump’s intonation and cadence.

Foxx begins his post by referring to the time in 2017 when Trump was defending neo-Nazis demonstrating in Charlottesville, Virginia.

“There’s a lot of great people on both sides, a lot of great people on both sides,” he says, sending the room into hysteria.

“I know Harry-O, he’s a great person. He couldn’t vote for me then, now he can vote for me when he comes out,” Foxx continued, talking about Death Row Records co-founder Michael ‘Harry-O’ Harris.

Harris was jailed in 1988 for attempted murder and kidnapping. He was heavily involved in the LA drug scene.

In prison, he became a business consultant and received a pardon from Trump shortly before leaving office in 2021.

“I love Snoop DO-Double G,” Foxx continued in Trump’s distinctive voice, hitting his New York acceptance and gritty tone.

Foxx then received a few classic Trump lines: “Sorry! Forgiveness! Fake news,” he said.

“They tried to transmit the virus. I defeated the virus!’ he crowed, much to the amusement of all assembled.
